Facial attractiveness plays a key role in social life. and smile appear strongly linked to one another. The fact is that interaction, one’s attention mainly directed toward the mouth eyes of speaker’s face. As focus communication face, an important facial expression appearance. Esthetic appearance extremely subjective relates beauty harmony. Objective: aim this study was evaluate perception by laymen, orthodontists Prosthodontists changing lip size, teeth color gingival display. This research project carried out Saudi Arabia for year from January December 2020, following approval Institute's Ethics Committee. Materials Methods: A model chosen with full permanent dentition, multiple pictures were created afterwards evaluated Laymen population, Orthodontists Prosthodontists. Results: results reveal smiles whiter thicker lips judged be more aesthetic laypersons compared orthodontists, prosthodontists. minimum amount display considered esthetic three groups.
